REFUND POLICY

At Ambassadors of the Art, we strive to provide the best experience for our members and customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services and products.

1. Membership Cancellations

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Cancellations will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for past payments.

 

2. Booking Service Refunds

Refunds for booked services (e.g., private training sessions, seminars, workshops) will only be granted in the following cases:

  • Medical Emergency 

  • Family Emergency 

  • Other Special Circumstances – Considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

 

Refund Request Process:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email to ambassadorsoftheart@gmail.com or in-person.

  • Refund approvals may take up to 3-5 business days to process depending on your Bank Provider.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

 

3. Merchandise Sales

  • All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on apparel, gear, or other retail items. Please ensure proper sizing prior to purchase. 

  • If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a possible replacement.

 

4. No-Call-No-Show & Cancellations

  • If you fail to show up for a booked session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.

 

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to better serve our members, in accordance with the Laws in the State of Texas. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
